They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professional care when needed. Results and individual experiences may vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
3. Booking & Participation
When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
You may be asked to complete an intake and consent form before your appointment. Information provided through this process helps us understand your intentions, preferences, concerns, and boundaries and prepare appropriately for your session.
You may communicate your boundaries, decline an approach, or request that an activity be paused at any time during your session.
4. Virtual Sessions
Some services are provided virtually. You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, and a private and appropriate environment in which you can safely and comfortably participate.
Pure Intentions is not responsible for interruptions caused by a client's equipment, internet connection, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Payments
Prices are displayed at the time of booking or purchase and may change from time to time. Payment may be required to confirm an appointment or complete a purchase. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges associated with your booking or purchase.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Appointment cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, and refunds are subject to the policies presented during the booking or checkout process.
Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling requirements will be communicated before or at the time of booking.
Pure Intentions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a prepaid appointment and an alternative arrangement cannot be made, the amount paid for that appointment will be addressed appropriately.

Physical products offered through the Pure Intentions shop are subject to availability.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible; however, variations in color, appearance, packaging, or other characteristics may occur.
Shipping, delivery, return, exchange, and refund terms applicable to physical products will be provided through our website or during checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and to limit or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.
